01 / THE APPROACH
Designed for the daily work of shift supervisors. Start with the overtime bucket, without taking on a full scheduling-system replacement.
Enter or import the roster, record who is present, and identify the posts and time blocks that need coverage.
Review an overtime list based on your approved policy, with clear reasons for eligibility and contact priority.
Record contact outcomes, confirm assignments, and retain a printable history of what happened and why.
These are the planned first-release capabilities. Facility rules and deployment requirements are confirmed before implementation.
02 / YOUR FACILITY. YOUR WORKFLOW.
We’re developing ReliefLedger for installation on customer-approved infrastructure, with desktop access for supervisors and a shared facility record.
Discuss your environmentRecommendations support the lieutenant. Assignments remain subject to supervisor confirmation.
The initial scope stands on its own. Payroll, phone systems, and radio integrations are outside the first release.
Our proposed model is a one-time facility licence and remote setup, with optional annual maintenance.
03 / STRAIGHTFORWARD COMMERCIALS
Agree the rules, installation environment, and acceptance criteria before making a commitment.
PROPOSED INTRODUCTORY PACKAGE
$9,000one time / facility
Indicative pricing, subject to scope and written agreement. Applicable taxes are additional. Hardware, custom integrations, and unlimited support are not included.
04 / GOOD QUESTIONS
ReliefLedger is in early product development. We’re speaking with correctional facilities to validate the workflow and agree a focused first implementation. The interface on this page is illustrative, not a deployed customer system.
That is the design goal. We first need your authorized policy owner to confirm eligibility, volunteer priority, seniority, tie-breakers, bucket updates, and exceptions. We do not assume every facility follows the same rules.
No. The first release focuses on the overtime call list and its decision record. Payroll, full workforce scheduling, and automated phone or radio contact are outside the initial scope.
Our proposed deployment is customer-hosted, using infrastructure approved by your IT team. Hosting, access, backup, and maintenance responsibilities are agreed before installation. No inmate records are needed for the proposed overtime workflow.
Start with a short conversation about your current process. A blank form or fictional example is enough for discovery. We then identify the policy, IT, and purchasing contacts needed to assess a potential implementation.
